Hi PIMA members,
My sister, who is the Pasifika rep on the PPTA (Post Primary Schools Teachers Association of NZ) has asked if PIMA wants to be part of this conference, i.e - have someone speak about Pacific media's role and getting more Pacific journalists out there, Details below, but will be worth discussing at our next meeting. The dates are 16-17 July and will be held at Waipuna, Mt Wellington. The focus of the conference 'Niu Generation' is Pasifika students and will be attended by teachers nationwide involved in Pasifika education..
