Well it has been emerging full frontal into the public glare of late
that the 'Human interest' takes precedence over the more mundane 'real
story'. The magazine style of reporting is always a lot more colourful
and enticing to the voyeur in all of us. Too often I see headlines
purporting a story that is'nt even there. Who wants to talk about the
real issue when 'White Mofo' is more appetising? Or the rugby world
cup with MTS? What a fiasco! Political subterfuge hidden by
personalities and race, seems our desire for blood is drip fed by our
rubbernecking curiosity.
