[pima.nius] Christmas in Samoa - Christmas Presents & School Stationery Collection

12:30 PM |

Talofa All,

In the next four days, Papaliitele Peter Fatialofa lovingly known by his many friends, families, fans and the world as "Fats" is passionately involved in organizing presents to ensure every child affected by the tsunami in Samoa will have a special Christmas this year in conjunction with Tsunami Samoa 09 Funds (TS09) Appeal.

Tsunami Samoa 09 Funds (TS09) Appeal was on the ground helping from the first day until now. To view reports and photos, click on link: http://eventpolynesia.com/tsunami09.htm

I'm inviting you to be part of this appeal which offers the opportunity for donors, volunteers and the public to establish new friends with tsunami Samoa recipients, particularly the children. This is how you can be involved:

·      The New Zealand public to donate school stationery and toys to the collection starting this Thursday at Pacific Business Trust, 733 Great South Road (between Otahuhu & Papatoetoe). Better still provide a 'shoebox' gift with a personal note to a child in Samoa (refer attached Collection poster).

·      For those that are outside of New Zealand, you can make a donation to the TS09 Christmas in Samoa account.

·      In addition is the opportunity for anyone overseas to travel across as part of the TS09 volunteer team to deliver Christmas presents and participate in the Christmas Carols in Samoa (refer attached Volunteer info).

For donors and volunteers cum those who wish to join TS09 in Samoa to deliver the presents, please contact Sooalo Setu Mua (021) 104-1274. For interested sponsors, please call Jenkins Tesese on (027) 7138332. For toys, school stationery gift donations and collection, please contact Niusila Opa on (027) 3447685.

To the New Zealand, Australian, USA Governments and other nations including neighbouring Pacific Islands to Samoa for outpour of kindness and generosity, thank you so much.

Feel free to forward this email to your network inviting them to be part of this special appeal – for the Tsunami Samoa children.

Apology for any cross posting; you must be special. However, do let us know if you do not wish to be included in this circulation anymore.

Regards,

Edwin ****
