TVNZ has a physical archive (in Wellington) and the website is only a showing of selective material not a true archive.
-- If you cannot find the apology on TVNZ's website then it is not an archive.
The apology also should have been read out loud by a presenter rather than just a banner. This should be the point of difference with a broadcaster.
The BSA should have some say on the "re-broadcast" of articles on the internet as it is still repeated broadcasting.
