Title: Executive Officer

Duration: Full-time position (Initial 2 years contract subject to
renewal).

Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and administration of the TI Fiji office as well as
liaison with TI network Secretariat.
Liaise with donor agencies to seek funding for operations of TI Fiji
office and implement and manage all projects.
Perform all aspects of the TIF secretarial functions in a timely
manner including preparation of Board papers, keeping of minutes,
preparation of monthly management accounts, annual accounts and all
other statutory requirements and preparation of reports to donors on
terms of donor funding agreements.
Overall scrutiny of all current issues relating to corruption and
preparation of press releases for the Board in consultation with the
Chair.
Management of TIF Funds, including the raising of funds to cover daily
operations, travel, projects, and conferences.
Ensure that the TIF Corporate Plan is implemented effectively and co-
ordinate and follow up Corporate Plan review.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
A university degree in the social sciences, such as economics,
political science, development studies or international relations with
a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience. Work experience
with civil society organizations will be an advantage.
Policy-oriented research with strong advocacy & presentation skills
with ability to work independently.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office, online communications and related
applications
