Pacific journalists train to spot development stories

A week-long regional Millennium Development Goals workshop for journalists on development reporting titled 'Spicing up the Serious Issues' has seen the region's journalists training to assist Pacific countries realise the need to collectively work together towards achieving MDG targets.

The program has attracted journalists from Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, Solomons, Vanuatu, Niue, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Fiji including University of the South Pacific journalist students.
