[pima.nius] global survey for use and nonuse of FOI laws

Take the global survey from investigative reporters and John S. Knight fellows at Stanford University, into  use - and nonuse - of Freedom of Information laws, including their absence.


Takes about 15 minutes, but very simple, smooth. Impressive, even !

These guys appear the real deal, partnering from a European journalism collective exposing what it is calling The Proxy, a half billion dollar affair including extensive links with our region. New Zealand continues a strong push for ultra-liberal trade laws across the region and, more recently, under the popular Key administration, is positioning the country as a future "finance centre".
